CONCIERGE NURSING

Concierge nursing is a private duty nursing service tailored to your specific needs for 1:1 nursing care.  There are 3 options for care:

Safe at Home (hourly service)

This basic care option is designed to provide regular nursing assessments and nursing care, when you or a vulnerable loved one would like some extra attention to your health and quality of life, including dementia care. In addition to providing a nursing assessment, these sessions include customized holistic care and activities that promotes independence and overall wellness.  

Attend  (4 hours)

This option offers a more focused nursing service that is intended to help support  after a medical procedure, post-hospitalization, during the death/dying process, or when a period of continuous care is required.

Rest Well (12 hours)

This option includes all of the basics and is meant for when you need nursing support and a helping hand for a more extended period of time.

Concierge nursing is available within a designated service area in Northern Humboldt County. Medical travel companionship and care service is also available, if you are in need of advocacy and support when you travel outside of Humboldt County for care.
